London, 25 March 2025 – Sardar Akhtar Mengal, President and leader of the Balochistan National Party (Mengal) (BNP Mengal), has declared a long march from Wadh to Quetta, Balochistan, scheduled for 28 March 2025. The march aims to demand the immediate release of Dr. Mahrang Baloch, Sammi Deen Baloch, and other innocent Baloch individuals, including mothers, sisters, daughters, and sons, who have been wrongfully detained by Pakistani military intelligence agencies.

The march also calls for the withdrawal of false charges against these individuals, highlighting the ongoing human rights violations in Balochistan. In his statement, Mengal reiterated the ongoing struggle of the Baloch people under Pakistani rule and affirmed his commitment to advocating for the rights and freedoms of the Baloch nation.
