Baloch political and human rights activist Aomar Karim participated in a memorial event held on Saturday, 20 December 2025, at Greenwich Borough Hall in London to mark the fifth anniversary of Karima Baloch.

The event, organised by the Baloch National Movement, brought together activists, community members and human rights supporters to honour Karima Baloch’s legacy and to highlight ongoing human rights violations in Balochistan.

Aomar Karim joined fellow activists in expressing solidarity with the Baloch people, reaffirming his commitment to raising awareness about enforced disappearances, political repression and the denial of fundamental rights in the region. He stressed the need for continued international attention and peaceful advocacy for justice and accountability.

Aomar Karim is a London-based Baloch political and human rights activist from Balochistan. He has been living in exile in the United Kingdom since 2022, where he continues his advocacy work through journalism, digital media and human rights campaigning.
