In a statement on X (formerly Twitter), Aomar Karimsaid, “I stand in solidarity with Ukraine for human rights, peace, and justice. The world must not ignore Balochistan. Every day, Pakistan is committing human rights violations—Baloch people are facing enforced disappearances and extrajudicial killings. The world must know what is happening in Balochistan.”
Attending today’s protest outside the U.S. Embassy in #London to stand in solidarity with #Ukraine. The fight for freedom and justice.
While the protest focused on support for Ukraine, Aomar Karim took the opportunity to highlight the ongoing human rights crisis in Balochistan. His message drew attention to the violations faced by the Baloch people and called for global awareness of the situation.
