A sit-in protest outside Bolan Medical Complex in Quetta has entered its seventh day, with demonstrators saying there has been no meaningful response from the authorities.
Family members of Khadija Baloch, who they say has been missing, have remained on the road in front of the hospital, calling for her recovery. Protesters state that officials have yet to take substantive steps to address their concerns, while the continued lack of engagement has added to their distress.
Relatives describe the protest as a reflection of their desperation, as they continue to seek information about her whereabouts. They say each passing day without answers has intensified their demands for accountability.
The family has urged the authorities to either locate Khadija Baloch or produce her before a court in accordance with due legal process. They warn that the absence of action risks further undermining public confidence in state institutions.
Campaigners have also used social media to amplify the case, calling for attention under hashtags including #ReleaseKhadijaBaloch and #SaveBalochWomen.
